I recently had the honor to review these three amazing products from Naked Cosmetics. Naked Cosmetics is a very underrated brand that is cruelty free & produces amazing loose pigments that are multipurpose. I have been trying these products out for quite a while & I love them so much. I need more in my collection!!! These two loose shadows are basically mica pigments that can be used anywhere in the face. They are both from the Heavy Metal collection the first one is #HE-02 (gold) & the one in the bottom is #HE-06 (cobalt blue). These products come in a small little container, you don't really need a lot because a they go a long way. The container does not come with a sifter, so it can get a little messy; however loose powders are known for being messy anyways. These pigments can be used either dry or wet, you don't need a specific liquid for these to work; you can even use water. The dry formula can be used as a regular shadow and it will blend easily never the less and you can apply it as a highlight or a top coat for your lips! The wet formula was pretty much a spiritual moment for me, these pigments felt so creamy and glided on sooooo smoothy. Love at first sight for me really. This is the Urban Rustic Trio it comes with three pressed pigments. They are very silky when you touch them and again very easy to blend. You can buy these separately the first one in the palette (left to right) is Urban Rustic 03, Urban Rustic 02, Urban Rustic 04. I have an extra one in my collection so I'll be giving one away to whoever comments down below! They look pretty much the same because the trio is the pigments in a pressed formula so their full potential will be shown once you swatch. Which one was your favorite shadow? You can buy from naked cosmetics & use ANDREA30 for 30% off! Disclaimer: Naked Cosmetics sent me these however all opinions are my own!

Glossy lids are such a high fashion feel type of look, I always seem being a big hit with editorial looks in popular magazines. So many aspiring makeup artists have created such innovative looks using glossy lids. While there are others who have made it an everyday look that goes along with their edgy vibe! The best thing about makeup is that it has no rules and no limits. Many people are getting so creative and making their own formulas and small businesses around this trend. It is the perfect look for any season depending on the tones you use but you can make it wearable or as edgy as ever. Seeing looks online such as tumblr, pinterest or Instagram gave me so much inspiration to not be so safe when it comes to the colors we try on. Instead it gives us courage to pop open our colors and adventure out, it is summer after all so any bright color will look amazing this time of year. Vanity (ˈvanədē): An organized beauty setup where you sit down and get to do your favorite routine: getting ready. Most people would dream about having an enchanted theme with a traditional take on their vanity. I always pictured having a modern vanity that looks so clean and inviting with the sun hitting it at just the right spot because it was placed by your window. With a beautiful white or marble table top that reflects your mirror up at the top, and a lot of storage for palettes, lipsticks and small compacts to go in. For a girl like me simplicity is just so stunning feature, I feel like my having my makeup brushes set up nicely along w my makeup mirror will make the aesthetic. All white would be too much white however, having gold or silver accents around your vanity would make it so elegant and sleek. A gold Orson Pendant hanging from the ceiling, ah now that’s pure beauty. Buy it here. Check out other pendant lights from Arhaus here. A vanity is every make up lover’s dream which is necessary to talk about it because that is what holds our favorite products. Your favorite foundation, that lip gloss you put on that makes you feel all cute but at the same time you hate wearing as a result of the wind making your hair hit your lips. Yet you still put it on top of your vanity to wear for the next day.

I was so excited to finally get this in the mail, I preordered at the beginning of April. The palette was around $19 +S&H resulting into $24. This is an updated/upgraded version of her former palette she had with bh cosmetics. The previous palette is no longer in stock! :( HOWEVER, I like this one a whole lot better! :) There are more colors, the 4th shadow on the first row gives you a duo chrome finish which is actually beautiful. The highlighters can be custom made to your liking. The palette is vegan and cruelty free! sThe swatches were surprisingly good, this palette looks like it could be worth $60. Having the palette be around $20 was a shock by how good the shadows worked. They are so creamy so buttery, they don't have a weird scent to them and they blend beautifully. The highlighters (last swatch picture) is so beautiful and fun because you can custom make it to your liking. The highlighter is too dark? Apply one of the whites to make it lighter! The same with the darker tones to make your highlighter a little deeper. Next post I will be doing some looks with the palette, please feel free to recommend any shades you want me to incorporate ! Cya :)
Highlighters has got to be one of my favorite beauty products of all time. The radiance and the glow that highlighters give becomes an addiction and I am always on the hunt for new ones to try out. Many makeup brands have noticed that as well and made their own line of colored highlighters for a price that is not available to most buyers on a budget. I decided to make my own highlighters right at home. It is honestly so simple and so much fun. You just need shimmery eyeshadow you don't use anymore, 90% rubbing alcohol and an empty pan. I did highlighter shades that are trendy and shades for almost everyone. I took the liberty of going to my local dollar store and purchased shimmering loose eyeshadow which helped out A LOT. I will tell you in detail of how I made most of the highlighters, hopefully you will get the idea. If anything you can just ask questions in the comments! RAINBOW HIGHLIGHTER:
